Unlike permanently drilled pipe or wooden crib foundations our Foundations are adjustable and surface mounted to make them quick and easy to install and eliminate the effects of heaving, shifting, and sinking.
Built out of a reinforced steel trussed frame with modular and adjustable leg supports our Foundations can be easily adjusted or repaired if frost, ice, or shoreline deterioration wreak havoc on it.
Our Boat House Foundations allow for our product’s mounts to be welded directly to the frame of the Boat House Foundation. This is much stronger and longer lasting than attaching to a wood foundation.

Planning on Building A Boat House?
If you are a contractor or cottage owner planning on building a Boat House, whether it is with our Foundation or not, contact us for a free plan inspection. We will ensure that your boat house, foundation, and surrounding decks are built to the proper size, shape, and strength we require for installing out Docks, Decks, and Boat Lifts as well as their A Frame lifts. Far too often we are contacted AFTER the boat house is built and the customer’s boat does not fit inside or the foundation is not strong enough to support the boat, or our the docks and/or lifts. It is much easier and cheaper to do it right the first time.
